My philosophy and therapeutic approach is based on "Whole Body Health & Wellness". What does this mean? More than ever before, people in our American culture are exploring and consuming healthier food options and attempting to make exercise and fitness a regular way of life. Yet, studies show that overall we as a nation have become less active, more obese, and consume more processed foods than at any other time in our country's history. We also work more hours and endure fast-paced, highly demanding schedules which lead to greater stress, less rest and overall decreased health. It all comes down to the choices we make!
I believe we can change this trend, one body at a time.... Through a balance of; Proper Nutrition & Hydration, Regular Exercise, Regular applied Massage & Bodywork, and of course Plenty of Rest. I invite you to consider this health balance approach and evaluate how it applies to your life right now.
